Are the machines new?
Yes. All products sold on our website are brand new and shipped directly from our warehouses or our logistics partners' warehouses.

Are the machines suitable for home gyms as well?
Yes. On each product page you will always find dimensions and technical specifications to check the required space.
Is it possible to customize the color of a machine?
Yes, but only for machines not currently in stock. If you want to customize the color of a machine, write to support@solcato.com or call +39 349 417 3119 to check availability before purchasing.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is made to street level. For bulky items, the courier is equipped with a hydraulic tail lift and pallet jack to facilitate unloading. Before delivery, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a time.
Do the machines arrive already assembled?
To ensure maximum protection during transport, we usually ship in reinforced wooden crates on pallets. The product generally requires assembly following the included instructions. In rare cases, depending on logistics, it may arrive already assembled.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes. You can pay in 3 interest-free installments with PayPal or Klarna.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Klarna, Google/Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer (SEPA).
How does the warranty work?
All products are covered by legal warranty: 24 months for private customers and 12 months for business (VAT-registered) purchases.
Do you offer after-sales support and spare parts?

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. To start a return, write to support@solcato.com or call +39 349 417 3119. The product must be returned in its original packaging. As these are bulky goods, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you issue electronic invoices?
Yes. Simply enter your company details, PEC, and SDI code during checkout to receive a legally valid electronic invoice.
Can I modify an order?
