Terms of Service

1. Subject Matter

   The website allows the online purchase of gym machines and fitness equipment intended for private customers and businesses, with delivery within Italy. Product images are for illustrative purposes only: the final product may feature minor aesthetic or finishing differences that do not affect its functionality or quality.

2. Pricing

   Product prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time the order is placed shall prevail.

3. Payments

   Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout. In the case of bank transfer, the order will only be processed once the payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping

   Standard shipping is free and delivered to street level. For high-value orders, a signature upon delivery may be required. Products in stock are generally shipped within a few business days. Products not available in stock are made to order and delivery times may take up to 5 months. Estimated delivery times are always shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery inspection

   The customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and goods upon delivery and immediately report any issues to the courier by signing with a written reservation. Without a reservation, the delivery is considered accepted.

6. Order cancellation

   Once production has started or the product has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. Any cancellation requests before shipment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Special conditions

   Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or cancelled, except in cases of non-conformity or issues attributable to the seller.

8. Right of withdrawal

   The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery as provided by law. The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are intentionally damaged, improperly used, or missing components.

9. Return shipping costs

   Return organization, packaging, courier selection, and shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, who must ship the goods to the address provided by the seller. The product must be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The customer is responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to the seller’s warehouse; any loss or damage during transport remains the customer’s responsibility.

10. Return acceptance

    Returns requested within 14 days are generally accepted unless there is visible damage, improper use, or missing components. After 14 days, returns are accepted only in cases of non-conformity or issues attributable to the seller. The seller will inspect the product upon receipt and may reduce the refund amount in case of damage or missing parts.

11. Refunds

    Refunds are issued after the returned product has been inspected. The refund amount may be reduced in case of use, opening, damage, or incomplete return of the product. Refunds are processed within 3 days after inspection and may take up to 7 business days to be credited.

12. Warranty

    Products are covered by the legal conformity warranty: 24 months for private consumers and 12 months for business (VAT-registered) purchases, unless otherwise required by law. The warranty covers conformity defects and issues attributable to the seller.

13. Compliance and safety

    All products sold comply with applicable European directives. The products are safe for their intended use and meet European quality standards.

14. Applicable law

    These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided under applicable regulations.
